High-precision mandrel and bottomless bending of pipes and various profiles with a minimum radius on CNC machines allows for high-precision bending, the pipe section retains its original shape without ovalities, creases, or jams.

- Bending angle up to 180 degrees
- Pipe rotation in space up to 360 degrees
- The minimum bending radius along the axisof the pipe is 1.5 diameters

Unwinding, straightening, bending and cutting of wire products with at least two radii
Simple tooling allows you to bend the product withat least two radii.
The implemented central tool turning system allows the use of complex profile equipment for geometrically complex products, as well as bending the wire by pushing.Three-dimensionality of products is ensured by axial rotation of the bending console, without limiting the angle of rotation.
